Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We issue STORE CREDIT refund for any purchase made on our shop! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if only purchase in store! 

To start a return, you can contact us at heavenlycute18@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: contact heavenlycute for info. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer pays for return shipping and any Items sent back. If customer sends to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS  or GIFT ITEMS

SHIPPING LABEL IS PURCHASED BY BUYER EXPENSES 

 Unfortunately, if you do not contact us within our return day policy we will not be able to accept your request. Please understand we are a small online business. We are are doing our best to bring newness into our store daily. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose. Please provide your full name, contact information, and order number inside package.
